1. Add pupil names in Pupil Settings. On the main PM screen, use the Name dropdown to move quickly between saved pupils. You may also drag a name into the blue box or press Use.
2. Choose the session from the session dropdown.
3. For Reading, listen to the pupil and mark every item with ✓ or ✗. Check the selections, then press Submit Reading to lock that attempt.
4. For Spelling, click “Unlock Audio” once, then click 🔊 beside a word to play word. sentence. word.
5. Open Teacher Panel to adjust Voice and Speed. Use Preview Audio to test it.
6. Click “Save Audio Settings” if you want this browser to remember your preferred audio settings.
7. Pupils type their spelling, then click MARK for that try.
8. Unlock 2nd Try / 3rd Try only when needed.
9. “Download JSON” on the main page exports the current pupil’s work, including Reading, Spelling and the current audio settings.
10. “Upload JSON” on the main page restores one pupil’s exported work on this or another computer/browser. Included audio settings are also applied.
11. “Export All Records JSON” in the Teacher Panel downloads one complete class backup containing the saved pupil list and every pupil’s dated Reading and Spelling records.
12. “Restore / Merge Records JSON” in the Teacher Panel safely restores a class backup by merging it with the pupil list and records already in this browser. Existing dated records are not deleted.
13. Every Reading mark and every marked Spelling try is saved automatically to the pupil’s dated local record.
14. Choose a pupil under “View pupil record”, then click any box in the Progress Chart. If saved work exists, the most complete saved record for that Cycle and Session is restored into the test screen. If no saved work exists, a fresh test opens. All dated records remain available below.
15. For a complete local records reset, hold “Hold 5s — Full Reset” until the progress streak reaches the end. Release early to cancel.
